Compared to Fiberglass insulation, how much warmer or colder would recycled cotton or cellulose insulation be?

Compared to Fiberglass insulation, how much warmer or colder would recycled cotton or cellulose insulation be? please answer fast!

I worked with recycled cotton insulation when I worked with
Habitat for Humanity in Baton Rouge, LA., and they told us
that it would work great down there because they have mild
winters, but it wouldn’t be good for up north. so I guess it
depends on where you live.
